Charter on the protection of personal data

Any visit, use in any way whatsoever, and registration on GGCorp by a User necessarily implies adherence to the present charter relating to the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Charter"), concomitantly with the T&Cs, the Cookies Policy, and all other rules, policies and operating procedures that the User may consult at any time by visiting GGCorp, which apply in addition to the terms and conditions made available by the Global Greyson Limited Partners.

Article II. Field of application

Our company Global Greyson Limited reserves the right to modify the present Charter as needed, according to the evolution of the proposed Services or the evolution of the legislation, at its sole discretion. The Personal Data management policy of Global Greyson Limited is always subject to the most recent version of the Charter. The User is invited to consult this Charter as often as necessary.

In any case, any important modification will be notified by e-mail or by any other means at least 30 (thirty) days before their effective application in order to obtain his agreement.

Article III. Collection, Processing and Storage of Personal Data

1. What Personal Data is collected

The Services offered by GGCorp may require you to register. If you wish to use these Services and/or participate in GGCorp, you will be asked to provide us with some of your Personal Data through the registration form provided by us or at our express request.

The provision of Personal Data is necessary to register and participate successfully in GGCorp and to use the various Services provided by it. If the Personal Information provided to us is not complete, accurate or up to date, we may not be able to include you in the Platform or respond to your requests. Global Greyson Limited recognises the obligation to protect the Personal Data of young children. The Services are intended for Users who are at least 16 years old and/or have reached the legal age of majority in their country, and who are not protected under the BVI Civil Code, or who have parental authorisation to do so by sending us a copy of the identity document of the legal representative to [email protected]. Therefore, Global Greyson Limited does not knowingly solicit Personal Data from children under the age of 16.

2. How we use the Personal Data collected

We use your Personal Information only in strict compliance with applicable BVI legislation. We may use your Personal Information for any or all of the following purposes: To send you, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and with your consent where required by law, information relating to the use of the Services, marketing, advertising, promotional messages and regular offers by email, if you have provided us with your email address when registering, or by any other means of communication, within the limits of the authorisation you have given. Not only does the content of our newsletters vary, but also the technologies and criteria we use to design our newsletters and segment customer groups. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the dedicated link in the e-mail; to proceed with your referencing on the internal databases; to be able to register on the Platform, to respond to your requests and queries, to answer your questions and to provide you with the necessary assistance when using the Platform. In this case, the legal basis for the Processing is BVI law, which allows us to process Personal Data in the context of taking steps to enter into and perform contracts; to improve the efficiency and quality of our Site and your visit to it when you use it. In accordance with the current regulations, Global Greyson Limited sets up a compliance register to trace all Processing of Personal Data.

3. With whom we share your personal data

Global Greyson Limited collects and personally processes your Personal Data through its legal representative and its team, its collaborators, employees or external service providers, who are informed of the confidentiality and security obligations related to the collection and processing of Personal Data.

Global Greyson Limited does not sell Personal Data. However, we may share or provide access to each of the categories of Personal Information we collect if necessary for the following business purposes.

3.1 Global Greyson Limited and its affiliates may share your Personal Information with each other and use it to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes listed in section 2 above. 3.3 The community includes forums and/or chat rooms where Users can exchange ideas and communicate with each other. When you post a message on a forum or chat room, please be aware that the information is made available to the online public; therefore, you do so at your own risk. If your Personal Information is posted on one of our community forums against your wishes, please contact our Platform support to request its removal.

3.4 We may also share your Personal Data with our accountants, legal consultants and subcontractors where necessary in the course of administering your registration to the Platform and associated games and fulfilling your requests.

You can take the following steps to disclose less information about yourself:

  • Advertising: If you do not wish to receive newsletters from us, you can unsubscribe at any time. In this case, we will not be able to send you offers that may be of interest to you.
  • No data sharing: If you don't want to share information with us at all, that's too bad. In that case, we won't be able to convince you of the quality of our Platform.
